Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and assist with preparation of financial models and business valuations.
  • •Support junior and senior team members with new business ideas, pitch strategies, and transaction structuring scenarios for equity, debt, and/or M&A.
  • •Lead or participate in meetings with current and prospective clients.
  • •Conduct industry and company due diligence and prepare/review information memoranda and other transaction documents.

Key Requirements
