Provide timely, accurate service for client transactions while maintaining proper handling of cash and records. •Support outbound calling and sales/service activities, including identifying client offers and needs and referring clients to specialists when needed.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; assist with new account openings and problem resolution.
