Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently under general supervision.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, loosening nuts, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching hoses.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty equipment and control/monitor load-out functions.
  • •Operate and monitor automated scale/dump systems and perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks with proper record keeping.
  • •Maintain clean, safe work areas, perform grounds and warehouse work (including forklift operation), report safety concerns and maintenance needs, and follow all policies and procedures.
