Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and process shipping documents including AWB, commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin (if applicable).
  • •Communicate with overseas agents, airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customers to provide timely shipment updates.
  • •Prepare and verify import documentation for accuracy and compliance, coordinating with customs authorities for cargo release.
  • •Resolve shipment issues (delays, damaged cargo, missing documentation) and maintain accurate shipment records in the freight management system.
