Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary quality contact for bump, assembly, and advance packaging service to AMD.
  • •Partner with suppliers to develop and execute robust manufacturing control plans to ensure compliance with product specifications.
  • •Establish and use quality metrics to drive end-to-end continuous improvement, including SPC compliance and out-of-control minimization.
  • •Conduct annual supplier audits and production line walks as needed; evaluate supplier performance via a quarterly scorecard process.
  • •Ensure suppliers adopt AMD quality methodologies (8D and Why-Why, non-conformance management, corrective action, and change management) and lead escalations with root cause and corrective/preventive actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 2,433,060 - 3,475,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in advance packaging and supplier quality is strongly preferred.
  • •Experience setting up and managing Supplier Quality/Supplier Management processes.
  • •Quality Auditor certification is preferred, including familiarity with ISO9001, IATF16949, and VDA6.3.
  • •Statistical analysis capability such as JMP and Power BI.
  • •Programming skills such as Python or equivalent are preferred.
