Job Summary

Senior Contracts Analyst responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and procurement agreements across Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan; collaborate with sales, procurement, and legal teams to ensure alignment with internal policies, and support cross-regional initiatives with a focus on English and Japanese-language contracts and customer/supplier interactions.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate main services agreements, order forms, professional services agreements, statements of work, and non-disclosure agreements between customers/partners and Salesforce or affiliates for Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.
•Draft, review, and negotiate standard purchasing agreements, global services agreements, hosted services agreements, purchase orders, sponsorship agreements, and other procurement agreements for Japan.
•Respond to questions from customers, partners, and suppliers about existing contracts and provide interpretations and answers.
•Handle customer, partner, and supplier complaints and disputes in collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve resolution.
•Collaborate with revenue recognition, sales operations, pricing, and other teams to ensure agreements align with internal policies and processes.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience negotiating and drafting contracts in a law firm and/or in-house legal department
•Strong business judgment and ability to close deals in collaboration with business teams
•Highly responsive, proactive, client-service oriented with a can-do attitude
•Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Japanese
•Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
