Upsell VIP boxes and reserved seating before every show and maintain monthly sales goals. Be on-site during performances to promote available VIP inventory, support VIP guests with information and arrival timing, and recognize Live Nation executives and VIP patrons. Coordinate with the Ops Director, servers, and security on show nights while building strong relationships and providing highly personal, professional service in a fast-paced venue.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell VIP boxes and reserved seating in advance of each show and maintain monthly sales goals.
•Upsell available VIP inventory during every show to concert patrons.
•Provide VIP guests with venue experience information and assist with arrival and concert timing.
•Coordinate show-night operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security.
•Maintain exemplary grooming standards and provide highly personal service through constant observation of VIP areas.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, and guest relations with strong problem-solving skills.
•Experience selling to high-end, VIP clients.
•Strong diplomacy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and use verbal and organizational skills.
•Must be able to diffuse potentially volatile situations with tact and diplomacy and maintain a flexible schedule.
