Key Responsibilities

  • •Business partner with Brand Flagship Store management to ensure store teams have the HR tools to manage and develop in line with policies and employment legislation.
  • •Advise line managers on employee relations issues including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and appeals.
  • •Support absence topics with Wellness (e.g., long-term sick, maternity/paternity/parental leave, flexible working requests).
  • •Manage in-store capability and fairplay investigations/complaints through to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • •Support recruitment and talent planning, including interviews/assessment days, succession planning, PDP setup, and coaching line managers on people topics.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in HR and training, ideally in a retail or multi-site environment.
  • •Proven ability handling complex employee relations matters (e.g., performance management, disciplinary, grievances, appeals).
  • •Strong employment law knowledge and experience staying up to date with employment legislation changes.
  • •Experience delivering training and coaching to line managers.
  • •Project management experience.
