Key Responsibilities

•Communicate with the sales team to uncover customer needs and coordinate technical support to customize air-side technical solutions.
•Monitor regional markets and competitors, expand into new areas, and promote air-side product technical solutions to meet sales and profit targets.
•Seek project opportunities aligned with company strategy to expand market coverage and strengthen market influence for air-side products.
•Collect market and comparable product information to help improve product performance, quality, applications, and customer experience.
•Follow the company sales process to track project progress, complete sales targets, execute contracts, and handle collections; regularly analyze and adjust sales direction.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering fields such as HVAC, building environment & equipment engineering, or mechatronics.
•3+ years of direct sales experience for central air-conditioning products; experience selling air-side products is preferred.
•Ability to create and interpret CAD drawings.
•Some customer resources (EPC/general contracting, design institutes, and industry customers).
•Willingness to travel to the responsible region and strong sales motivation with good communication and teamwork.
