ASIC DFT Engineer

Work in Cisco’s Silicon One development organization to shape next-generation networking chips by driving DFT requirements early in the design cycle. Collaborate with front-end RTL, backend physical design, PD teams, and verification to integrate and validate test logic through implementation and post-silicon validation. Implement DFT features for ATE, in-system test, debug, and diagnostics, while developing reusable DFT IP and signoff-ready test strategies.
