Learning Business Partner with German (Sofia, BG)

Partner with the business to design and deliver learning and development solutions aligned to business priorities. Own the end-to-end learning program lifecycle—from needs analysis through design, planning, deployment, and outcome evaluation. Ensure initiatives meet budget and timelines and coordinate with HR, business leaders, operations, and vendors.
