Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation for successful execution.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate engineers, technicians, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities to align objectives, specifications, and compliance requirements.
  • •Oversee quality control via inspections, audits, and tests to verify MEP systems meet design standards, codes, and client expectations.
  • •Monitor budgets and schedules, manage risks and scope changes, and maintain accurate project documentation while supporting HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, with 2 years GCC experience a plus.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering.
  • •Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including design standards and installation practices.
  • •In-depth understanding of industry regulations, codes, and standards to ensure compliance and quality control.
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills) and strong leadership and communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
