Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business success from a technology perspective by managing installed base and new product application performance to improve customer satisfaction and identify business risks.
  • •Manage process roadmap definition and execution at customer sites and present technology and product roadmaps internally and externally.
  • •Work with account and factory process/technology groups and product sales engineers; define and approve process support plans for installation and warranty.
  • •Own installed base application performance by optimizing tool utilization, driving local capability/knowledge, and taking ownership of new system evaluations.
  • •Support local resources during installation and warranty by achieving CPS and/or best-known process performance, including training and ensuring installation and qualification of new processes and technologies.
