Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with multi-functional teams across PIE, Process & Equipment Engineering, WLR, and TD to improve product yields and reliability for your assigned process loop.
  • •Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve fab process, yield, and quality, collecting and interpreting complex data to optimize outcomes.
  • •Communicate module-related issues to Fab engineering and leadership teams and engage/lead cross-area teams to tackle process issues.
  • •Work closely with global partners to stay ahead of module-related topics and process alignment projects, including benchmarking and standardization of best-known methods.
  • •Partner with IE, Process and Equipment Engineering, and Production to forecast and balance yield, output, and process issues.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Materials Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and communicate clearly.
  • •Growth mindset and passion for continuous learning.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry (plus).
