Job Summary

Design an AI-governed, end-to-end closed-loop release QA system for FortiOS. You’ll build LLM-powered spec-to-plan reasoning that generates high-coverage test plans and scripts, automate execution and prioritization in CI/CD, manage the bug lifecycle with autonomous re-testing, and generate customer-facing documentation and instructional videos after verified fixes. Work with the Release QA team to minimize manual toil while maintaining elite release quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect an AI-governed, end-to-end closed-loop release QA cycle for FortiOS, including spec-to-plan reasoning that generates test plans and high-coverage test scripts.
•Use AI to generate test cases from design requirements to verify intended functionality and reduce implementation-based confirmation bias.
•Develop AIOps solutions for root cause analysis by processing logs and metrics from automation jobs.
•Implement machine learning models to prioritize test execution and maximize fault detection throughput within the CI/CD pipeline.
•Build autonomous agents for bug filing, tracking, and verification (including re-testing), and generate customer-facing technical documentation and instructional videos after feature verification.

Key Requirements

•Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•Have 2–3 years of experience building machine learning, NLP, or generative AI applications.
•Demonstrate strong Python proficiency and familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
•Have proven experience building applications with LLMs using prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
•Possess hands-on CI/CD and containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes) and the ability to integrate AI into automated testing toolchains.
