Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead client interactions according to the annual year-plan, including onsite member sessions and inductions.
  • •Liaise with operations to finalize agenda packs and prepare meeting communication materials (agendas, minutes, reports).
  • •Supervise service provider interactions during client meetings and lead committee/board feedback, recommendations, and action items.
  • •Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews with the Operations Manager and monitor rate review processes, presenting outcomes and recommendations for implementation.
  • •Maintain documentary evidence and accurate records, prepare monthly invoice reporting, and support portfolio expenses and income collection strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Grade 12 (Matric).
  • •Must be registered as a representative with the FSCA in terms of the FAIS Act.
  • •Have or work towards achieving an NQF level 7/8 qualification in wealth management or another industry-applicable qualification at the same level.
  • •Advanced computer literacy with experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively to assist clients.
