Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute post-loan closing quality control reviews, validating coding, loan booking transactions, and documentation against the Loan IQ system of record.
  • •Ensure assigned locations/business units/products are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
  • •Develop and enforce compliance policies and procedures, including support for compliance training and review of policies/processes.
  • •Analyze new and pending laws/regulations affecting company practices and work with affected areas to ensure appropriate compliance.
  • •Perform periodic reviews and manage recurring maintenance and reporting for syndicated loan portfolios, escalating discrepancies and process/control gaps as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Ability to interpret credit and legal agreements and ensure deal structure aligns to legal documents and coding input forms.
  • •Strong attention to detail to validate booking information, identify data discrepancies, and maintain high accuracy while meeting SLAs/production standards.
  • •Experience reviewing post-close syndicated loan transactions for accuracy and investigating root causes; Loan IQ experience is preferred.
