Technical Project Manager

Lead engineering delivery for bids and projects, coordinating engineering tasks across the full lifecycle to achieve committed budgets, schedules, quality, and performance. Manage engineering work breakdowns, KPIs, reporting, risks, and scope to prevent creep, while aligning internal teams, vendors, and customers. Partner with Design Authority, drive documentation and milestones, and manage WPM and IVVQ leads to ensure successful commissioning.
