Job Summary

Lead financial operations for Energy and Communications businesses within National Solutions, owning P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow while partnering with business presidents and senior leaders to drive performance and growth. Build forecasting, budgeting, and monthly business reviews with the National Solutions FP&A team; develop KPIs and dashboards to translate complex data into actionable insights. Improve operational efficiency, ensure governance and compliance, oversee capital investments and M&A support, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own full financial accountability for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
•Partner with senior leadership to influence decisions, drive profitable growth, and identify risks and opportunities.
•Collaborate with the National Solutions FP&A team to ensure forecasts, budgets, and monthly business reviews are accurate and on time.
•Develop KPIs and dashboards and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
•Maintain governance by ensuring compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting requirements; support audits and lead finance team development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
•10+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a public company and manufacturing environment.
•5+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to develop and mentor talent.
•Strong analytical ability to convert data into executive-level insights.
•Experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, HFM).
