Key Responsibilities

  • •Design end-to-end features for product panels, from discovery and user flows through wireframes, mockups, implementation support, and design QA.
  • •Implement product improvements based on audits, data analysis, and usability research.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams on refinements, scope decomposition, handoffs, and interaction specifications.
  • •Work within and expand the design system in Figma using components, tokens, and auto-layouts while creating new patterns as gaps are identified.
  • •Conduct UX research (user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis) and optimize daily workflow using AI tools.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of overall product design experience, including at least 2 years working inside a product team.
  • •Strong analytical thinking to break complex problems into actionable components.
  • •Proven UX research skills (usability tests, interviews, surveys) and ability to analyze quantitative/qualitative data.
  • •Hands-on experience working with data/analytics tools and leveraging AI to streamline design tasks.
  • •Foundational understanding of HTML and CSS to communicate effectively with frontend developers.
