Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as main technical adviser on site for subcontractors, contractors, and the site team, ensuring work aligns with K&A specifications and QC procedures.
  • •Process daily site information including submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings; review materials and drawings to ensure compliance and forward approvals.
  • •Monitor site progress through site inspections and prepare regular progress reports for review by the Associate Project Manager.
  • •Support Project Managers with client relations, technical/contractual clarifications, and organizing third-party inspections as needed.
  • •Manage supervision files, assist with correspondence, and support review of monthly contractor payments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architectural Engineering.
  • •8+ years of experience in an engineering role in a contracting company or construction supervision function.
  • •Experience within the Middle East.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
  • •Chartered Professional Engineering certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
