Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, document, handle, and store incoming shipments of materials and supplies, including quality control and receipt inspections.
  • •Assemble materials for jobs or transfer to other storerooms; prepare outgoing materials and arrange shipments.
  • •Accept material returns and sort for stock or salvage.
  • •Perform inventories, including review of stock levels and obsolescence.
  • •Drive and operate stores equipment (forklifts/stores trucks) and complete required stores clerical duties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43.55 - 44.55 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of experience in related utility operations or equivalent; prior Stores Department experience is desirable.
  • •Perform semi-routine operations of considerable complexity and variety using standard procedures.
  • •Acquire knowledge of stock symbol system, company accounting and purchasing procedures, and computer terminal operations.
  • •Must be familiar with the company’s Safety Rules and be able to render practical First Aid.
  • •Must be able to qualify for required licenses; equivalent to four years of high school.
