Key Responsibilities

•Assist in installation and commissioning of new instrumentation and control systems, including wiring, mounting, and testing.
•Perform routine and emergency maintenance on transmitters, indicators, and controllers.
•Calibrate instruments using specialized tools and software to meet specified parameters.
•Troubleshoot complex systems to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
•Interpret technical documents (P&IDs, blueprints, wiring schematics) and maintain accurate records of maintenance, calibrations, and repairs while following OSHA and electrical code compliance and foundry safety protocols (LOTO/PPE).

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5-7 years of related electrical or electronics experience in industrial manufacturing.
•Associate degree or technical certification in instrumentation, electronics, or related field (preferred).
•Strong knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including PLCs, motors, and control valves.
•Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using critical thinking, analysis, and root cause analysis.
•Proficiency reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals, with strong communication skills.
