Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in installation and commissioning of new instrumentation and control systems, including wiring, mounting, and testing.
  • •Perform routine and emergency maintenance on transmitters, indicators, and controllers.
  • •Calibrate instruments using specialized tools and software to meet specified parameters.
  • •Troubleshoot complex systems to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
  • •Interpret technical documents (P&IDs, blueprints, wiring schematics) and maintain accurate records of maintenance, calibrations, and repairs while following OSHA and electrical code compliance and foundry safety protocols (LOTO/PPE).

  • •Strong knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including PLCs, motors, and control valves.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using critical thinking, analysis, and root cause analysis.
  • •Proficiency reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals, with strong communication skills.
