Key Responsibilities

  • •Attain plant quality goals, maintain a continuous improvement culture, and deploy Eaton’s EQMS/EBS tools for operational excellence.
  • •Plan, execute, and monitor quality processes to assure goal attainment and drive customer satisfaction through quality system ownership and metrics.
  • •Direct quality personnel, lead quality planning through the product development/launch cycle, and establish inspection and testing plans.
  • •Lead internal/external ISO/EQMS audits and analyze statistical data and product/process specifications to set quality and reliability requirements.
  • •Perform root-cause analysis, lead CAPA teams for containment and corrective/preventive actions, and develop quality control documentation and process control plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •5+ years of Quality, Engineering, or operations-facing experience.
  • •2+ years of direct people leadership experience.

  • •Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI and Minitab, plus strong understanding of statistical quality tools and methods.
