Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and engage passive and active candidates across channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, talent communities, referral networks) to build healthy pipelines.
  • •Develop and maintain multi-discipline candidate pipelines spanning technical, product/design, business/operations, and executive roles.
  • •Coordinate high-volume interviews across time zones and stakeholders, managing all interview types and complex logistics.
  • •Manage third-party recruiting agencies by clarifying role requirements, providing feedback on submissions, and evaluating candidate fit and alignment.
  • •Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, track progression and follow-ups, and identify workflow bottlenecks for operational improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40 - 50 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, sourcing, technical recruiting, or a closely related talent acquisition support role.
  • •Experience sourcing for and supporting hiring across multiple functional areas and experience levels (entry-level through director/executive).
  • •Strong technical sourcing expertise, with additional experience sourcing business, product, or operations roles.
  • •Proficiency with modern sourcing tools and channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, talent networks, and ATS platforms (Ashby preferred).
  • •Ability to schedule high-volume, complex interviews across stakeholders and time zones with exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
