Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with individual or small groups of children as directed by the class teacher and subject teachers.
  • •Support students in accessing the curriculum while in the classroom.
  • •Help record and present evidence of learning and support recording required for learning targets.
  • •Make notes in Individual Education Plan (IEP) books and provide verbal and written feedback to the class teacher for report writing, assessment, and IEPs.
  • •Supervise students during breaks and accompany children on school trips where appropriate, following school policy and trip documentation.
