Key Responsibilities

•Designs and delivers individualized strength and conditioning programs to optimize physical performance and to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injury.
•Conducts individual and group assessments to include observation, data collection, interviews, and consultations with organizational leaders to customize programs for optimizing and sustaining high levels of performance.
•Attends staff meetings with interdisciplinary team members and government leadership to coordinate services aligned with organizational goals.
•Provides expert guidance on matters related to strength conditioning, physical wellness, injury prevention, and recovery.
•Manages specialized strength and conditioning equipment, training devices, or other associated equipment and report deficiencies to organizational points of contact for servicing and maintenance.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 45,655 - 68,485 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required
•3+ years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with NCAA collegiate athletes, professional sports, military, or other high-demand populations
•NSCA CSCS certification
•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
•U.S. Citizenship
