Key Responsibilities

  • •Designs and delivers individualized strength and conditioning programs to optimize physical performance and to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injury.
  • •Conducts individual and group assessments to include observation, data collection, interviews, and consultations with organizational leaders to customize programs for optimizing and sustaining high levels of performance.
  • •Attends staff meetings with interdisciplinary team members and government leadership to coordinate services aligned with organizational goals.
  • •Provides expert guidance on matters related to strength conditioning, physical wellness, injury prevention, and recovery.
  • •Manages specialized strength and conditioning equipment, training devices, or other associated equipment and report deficiencies to organizational points of contact for servicing and maintenance.
