Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate prospecting skills to identify new accounts and key decision makers.
  • •Manage a book of business for accounts doing little or no business, using solution selling and territory tools to expand margins.
  • •Ensure customers fully utilize SiteOne capabilities, including SiteOne University, vendor support, and the Partner’s Program.
  • •Coordinate with Sales Support Representatives, Line of Business Specialists, and store associates to ensure orders are placed, monitor fulfillment, and improve customer experience; facilitate handoffs when appropriate.
  • •Resolve customer complaints, report progress against opportunities, and use CRM tools to manage account activity and track pipeline/performance.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of new customer sales experience.
  • •1 to 3 years of green industry experience and knowledge of landscape, irrigation, or nursery products (preferred).
  • •Strong prospecting, negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer service skills, including accessing decision makers.
  • •Ability to effectively leverage CRM tools to organize accounts, manage opportunities, and drive sales execution.
  • •Knowledge of the sales cycle and solution selling techniques; high school diploma or equivalent required.
