Key Responsibilities

  • •Capable of quickly learning the company estimating systems and processes and applying them to remediation projects.
  • •Lead and manage the preparation of an estimate and support the proposal team during development of remediation technical approaches.
  • •Supervise junior staff, develop talent, and participate in staffing issues affecting their area of responsibility.
  • •Prepare ROIC and IRR forecasts and coordinate with subcontractors to resolve technical matters during proposals and contract execution.
  • •Develop Work Breakdown Structures, basis of estimate, and bid tabulations in response to RFP requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration in Business AND 6+ years of estimator-related work experience (including environmental remediation) OR demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background check
  • •US Citizenship is required
  • •Valid U.S. Driver’s License is required
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tools, especially Excel, and Sage Estimating Software (preferred)
