Lead ecosystem growth on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) to accelerate real-world adoption of Ripple’s crypto solutions. Own ecosystem strategy, pipeline creation, and tier-one partner relationships across VCs, accelerators, corporates, and market participants. Drive deals end to end—from opportunity origination and structuring to signature—and translate market and regulatory signals into narratives that influence founders, partners, and RippleX leadership, especially across Latin America.

•Build and manage a high-quality ecosystem pipeline through VCs, accelerators, corporates, and strategic partners, while maintaining a portfolio of tier-one relationships.
•Map end-to-end value chains across Ripple’s focus pillars to identify participants, dependencies, and gaps that accelerate institutional adoption.
•Connect founders, investors, and partners via introductions that unlock ecosystem growth.
•Own deals end to end, including origination, evaluation, structuring, and closing of grants, partnerships, or investments.
•Partner with Product, Engineering, BD, Corp Dev, DevRel, and Go-to-Market to sharpen strategy and influence product roadmaps based on market and regulatory signals.
