Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end lifecycle of algorithm and search features from design to deployment and monitoring, ensuring reliability and production-grade quality.
  • •Lead the design and iteration of the Web3 algorithm platform and search system across tokens, addresses, NFTs, and transactions to improve relevance, latency, and ranking quality.
  • •Integrate AI capabilities (AI Agent, LLMs, embeddings) into algorithms and search products to enhance on-chain intelligence and trading experiences.
  • •Conduct deep research into on-chain data, smart contracts, protocol mechanics, and cross-chain technologies to translate insights into product features and signals.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, data, and data science teams to execute with strong delivery discipline and measurable success metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
  • •5+ years of Product Manager experience with hands-on experience in algorithm platforms, search/recommendation systems, or AI products
  • •Strong understanding of algorithm platforms, ML model lifecycles, evaluation metrics, and experimentation (offline/online)
  • •Experience with blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, on-chain data analysis, and cross-chain technologies
