Job Summary

Lead the design and delivery of OKX’s on-chain algorithm platform and Web3 search system. Own end-to-end product development for algorithm models, search signals, and AI integrations, collaborating with engineering, data, and data science to ensure scalable, reliable, production-grade outputs for Wallet, DEX, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full lifecycle of algorithm models — integration, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration — to deliver high-quality outputs for the algorithm platform and search system.
•Collaborate with engineering, data, and data science teams to design and iteratively improve the Web3 search system (tokens, addresses, NFTs, transactions, protocols, etc.).
•Embed AI capabilities (AI Agent, LLM, embedding / vector retrieval) into algorithms and search products to enhance on-chain intelligence and trading experiences.
•Conduct deep research on on-chain data, smart contracts, and protocol mechanics to translate insights into algorithmic features and product improvements.
•Deliver end-to-end quality from spec to post-launch metrics, building robust evaluation, monitoring, and iteration loops to ensure product health.
