Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead operational readiness for client onboarding by formulating workflows, execution scopes, and process guidelines before client launches.
  • •Define and validate operational procedures to ensure seamless execution as new partners and programs are onboarded.
  • •Provide first-line post-launch production support for supported networks, diagnosing and resolving operational performance anomalies and bottlenecks.
  • •Act as an operational SME, managing and escalating operational risks and customer-impacting issues to leadership.
  • •Analyze operational data to identify trends and root causes, propose process enhancements and automation, and adjust solutions to meet objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,900 - 112,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in process management, operations or project management within financial services.
  • •At least 1 year of experience creating pivot tables, manipulating data, and analyzing trends with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • •4+ years of experience in payments, merchant networks or digital commerce (preferred).
  • •Prior exposure to digital wallet platforms or restricted authorization/issuer marketing networks (preferred).
