Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of store commercial success, driving continuous improvements in sales, productivity, and profitability.
  • •Analyze store data, address improvement areas, and coordinate with the District Manager and retail back-office partners as needed.
  • •Lead and schedule store teams to serve customers, maximize selling time, and ensure a manager is on duty on the sales floor.
  • •Ensure brand ambassador behavior and proper in-store brand execution, including visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
  • •Manage store operations, deliveries, cash register transactions, loss prevention policies, training, recruitment, and HR policy adherence.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university.
  • •Minimum 18 months’ work experience in a sports/fashion, customer-focused and commercial-focused retail environment.
  • •Minimum 12 months of Store Management responsibility.
  • •Intermediate numeracy and literacy with advanced verbal communication skills.
