Job Summary

Develop customer relationships and identify financial needs using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. After a 9-week onboarding program with rotations in operations and sales/service, support retail customers and small business clients by recommending solutions, cross-selling products, and booking periodic financial reviews using approved marketing tools. You’ll process teller transactions, coordinate with business partners (mortgage, small business, commercial, investment) for referrals, and help meet customer experience and production goals while following risk and conduct policies.

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Focus on cross-selling and participate in outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and work as a member of the platform staff while supporting referrals with assigned business partners and meeting production goals.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate working knowledge of retail policies and procedures to use sound judgment.
