Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
  • •Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, and follow-up programs.
  • •Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
  • •Educate customers on optimizing their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
  • •Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales, or business-to-business sales experience, or military service in an administration/contracting/civil affairs role.
  • •Licenses/background check requirements subject to additional background checks including providing fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales, or business-to-business sales experience.
  • •Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
  • •Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
