Job Summary

Lead the Credit Policy team within the Credit Policy and Governance group, partnering with Executive Credit Officers and business units to maintain and evolve the bank’s credit risk policy framework. You will oversee the end-to-end policy lifecycle, recommend policy revisions, manage policy changes driven by audits and regulators, coordinate stakeholder consensus, and use credit data analysis to assess policy impacts across portfolios.

Location: Minneapolis, Atlanta, San Francisco, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Denver

•Lead the Credit Policy team responsible for development, revision, maintenance, and administration of credit policy through the policy lifecycle.
•Manage the credit policy framework and ensure adherence to enterprise policy standards across business lines.
•Identify policy gaps and recommend revisions; manage policy changes to close gaps identified by internal audit, external audit, or regulators.
•Coordinate stakeholders to reach consensus and communicate upcoming policy, review, and regulatory changes with Executive Credit Officers and business lines.
•Assess impacts of potential policy changes using credit data analysis and coordinate internal and external exams and remediation of regulatory findings.

•Bachelor’s or advanced degree, or equivalent work experience.

•Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services best practices, and regulatory trends affecting credit risk.
•Strong leadership, executive presence, and written and verbal communication skills.
