•Partner with global sales leadership to own the technical GTM strategy and drive high-value AI security opportunities from discovery to close.
•Recruit, mentor, and lead Principal AI Security Specialists, fostering a culture of extreme ownership.
•Translate technical wins into repeatable POV frameworks, reusable demo assets, and global sales enablement playbooks.
•Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Fortune 500 C-level executives on safely deploying modern AI patterns like RAG, agents, and prompt workflows.
•Synthesize field customer insights to influence Product and Engineering roadmaps.

Salary: USD 194,250 - 277,500 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years in solutions engineering with proven enterprise technical sales experience and at least 5 years managing high-performing teams.
•Deep fluency in enterprise security, including public cloud architecture, Zero Trust architecture, and data loss prevention (DLP).
•Foundational understanding of modern AI patterns including LLMs, MCP, RAG, agentic architectures, and orchestration patterns.
•Exceptional executive communication skills with value-based storytelling for Fortune 500 C-suite executives.
•Ability to travel up to 40% to support field teams and engage strategic accounts.
