Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform safe, high-quality production tasks processing meat products using hand tools, knives (if trained), machinery, and other equipment.
  • •Support coworkers and contribute to a positive, safe, and efficient work environment.
  • •Maintain the production line to help ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • •Work scheduled shifts (3:00pm to 3:00am, Mon–Friday & Sats) and be willing to work overtime depending on production demands.
  • •Follow PPE, sanitation/cleaning, and environmental requirements while producing goods for consumer delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • •Perform continuous/repetitive tasks requiring hand dexterity and attention to detail.
  • •Stand on concrete/platforms for up to a 12-hour shift and work in cold (20–40 degrees) and/or warm (over 100 degrees) environments.
  • •Work in a production environment that includes wet/humid conditions, animal blood/carcass parts, sanitation chemicals, and PPE; may require certification to operate equipment.
