Analytical, data-driven Senior Merchandising Analyst for the Fragrance category within Sephora Europe. Define and optimize brand allocation strategy across European stores, ensure the right brand in the right store for the right customer, and drive growth through performance insights. Collaborate with local teams, Category Managers, and PMO Merchandising to deliver actionable recommendations and tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the overall brand space allocation strategy for Fragrance for European countries, ensuring alignment with Sephora’s business objectives.
•Optimize brand allocations and assortment by store clusters and customer clusters using performance analysis and category insights.
•Collaborate closely with local country teams to understand processes and engage them in the space allocation strategy.
•Work with Category Managers to optimize visibility and expression of each brand in stores.
•Contribute to tool development with the Merchandising PMO and monitor performance with reports and dashboards.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering or Business Economics.
•4-5 years experience as a business analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in retail merchandising/RGM.
•Strong analytical and strategic thinking; ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
•Proficiency in data analysis tools;Excel indispensable; fluent in English; French is a plus.
