Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with technicians and engineers to build production line designs for composite parts and assemblies.
  • •Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, MBOMs, quality plans, inspection requirements, and non-conformances.
  • •Serve as a conduit between engineering technical data packages and technicians to ensure hardware and tooling match designs.
  • •Solve manufacturing problems in a schedule-driven environment while meeting quality requirements.
  • •Develop novel manufacturing processes and drive RCCAs with the quality team to eliminate production blockers and recurring issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technology related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings including GD&T.
  • •Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (NX preferred).
  • •Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
