•Certificate in a trade of building; very good knowledge of building equipment: heating, ventilation, plumbing, electricity, automatic operation
•Experience in the maintenance of buildings and facilities HVACR
•English – excellent oral and written skills
•Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Access; Engineering Administration system
