•Product assortment planning for multi-channel wholesale, ensuring channel-specific inputs are considered for product development and managing lifecycle across channels
•Go-to-market execution for wholesale, including pre-line, sell-in preparation, and showroom presentations
•Order book and inventory management by tracking performance post-sell-in, coordinating with supply chain to ensure on-time delivery, and reducing aged stock
•Cross-functional collaboration with country sales, marketing and VM teams to align merchandising strategies and maximize sell-in/sell-thru
•Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to inform assortment and pricing decisions and provide actionable feedback to category merch teams

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business studies or relevant field
•Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; basic ERP knowledge

•Self-motivated, able to work independently and build a team to the next level
