Job Summary

Ensure safety and non-safety search and annotation outputs meet TikTok community guidelines by reviewing, evaluating, and calibrating specialist work. Localize and train policy updates, run calibration meetings in the appeal process, and analyze cases to improve accuracy and alignment. Partner with R&D and PM teams to deliver data-quality feedback while handling potentially harmful user-generated content daily. This is a 12-month third-party agency assignment.

•Quality inspection of evaluated data and daily tasks of specialists.
•Localize policies, manage policy training, and align policy updates.
•Run calibration meetings in the appeal process by analyzing cases and evaluating performance.
•Work with R&D and Product Management to provide data quality feedback.
•Handle sensitive issues and perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Fluency in Italian is required; fluent English is also required.
•Knowledge of search engines and familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok.
•An in-depth understanding of local culture and internet usage habits of local users.
•Strong ability to learn and understand.
