Vice President Finance for KKR Credit funds overseeing accounting, financial reporting, operational governance and controllership. Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for key activities related to fund accounting and management of the funds from a controllership perspective – overseeing fund accounting deliverables from external fund administrators including valuations, performance, management fee and carried interest calculations, investor capital balances and financial statements.
•Work with the Global Credit Finance Teams to ensure appropriate accounting, reporting, operational and internal controls across the organization; identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
•Collaborate with internal teams (Portfolio Solutions, Client Services, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Tax, Technology, Portfolio Monitoring) to carry out fund management and investor onboarding/servicing, liquidity management, lender compliance, and regulatory reporting/filings.
•Assist with internal quarterly reporting of funds’ asset and revenue figures, including consolidation and SOX requirements where applicable.
•Develop, mentor and motivate the current team; maintain a strong control environment and contribute to broader firm transformation and finance strategy.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of relevant financial experience within fund accounting, with at least 3 years in a management role (Controller, Senior Manager, VP, etc).
•Qualified Chartered Accountant preferred or advanced degree in Finance required.
•Strong fund accounting knowledge with US GAAP & IFRS; SEC reporting experience is a plus.
•Third-party fund administrator coordination experience; familiarity with Investran and/or Geneva is preferred.
•Proven leadership and fiduciary mindset with ability to develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
