Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide dedicated planning, programme assurance, and delay analysis support focused on change, trends, early warning, claims avoidance, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • •Develop, maintain, and analyse the Shadow Baseline and forecast programme to assess schedule risk and delay impacts.
  • •Review contractor and subcontractor programmes, progress updates, lookaheads, and supporting schedule information; assess critical path, float movement, interfaces, and milestone performance.
  • •Deliver scenario planning and “what-if” analysis to support mitigation planning, decision-making, and claims avoidance.
  • •Prepare clear planning analysis, reports, narratives, and presentation material; attend key site and commercial meetings and escalate programme concerns to support mitigation planning where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior Project Controls experience specialising in Planning & Scheduling across the project lifecycle.
  • •Strong knowledge and proficiency with Primavera (P6), coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Experience in delay analysis, change impact assessment, scenario planning, and claims avoidance.
  • •Strong planning and forensic planning experience on major onshore Oil & Gas, clean energy, energy transition, or heavy industrial construction projects.
  • •Experience assessing construction sequencing, site productivity, contractor reporting, and package-level delivery; ability to challenge submissions with evidence-based advice.
