Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Head of Legal Northern Europe by acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders across Northern Europe.
  • •Provide legal advisory on matters spanning insurance and assistance, translating complex concepts into practical recommendations.
  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements and support business negotiations.
  • •Assist with regulatory compliance by monitoring legislative and regulatory developments and supporting legal risk assessments and mitigation.
  • •Manage corporate governance and dispute resolution activities, coordinating litigation/complaints and working with external counsel when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Law from a recognized Dutch university.
  • •Approximately 3 to 7 years of post-qualification legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal function.
  • •Strong commercial mindset to balance legal risk with business priorities.
  • •Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • •Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
