Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead a high-performing CX training team across EMEA–APAC, setting objectives and ways of working for distributed teams.
  • •Manage and develop blended learning delivery, including eLearning development, instructional design, virtual/instructor-led facilitation, and consistent instruction quality.
  • •Oversee the full learning lifecycle (needs analysis through design, delivery, evaluation, maintenance, governance, and continuous improvement).
  • •Set standards for learning design, facilitation quality, engagement, accessibility, localisation, and consistency across countries and platforms.
  • •Use learning data, feedback, assessments, and quality metrics to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements, including maintaining course records/version control and compliance where needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading training, learning & development, customer experience enablement, or operational capability programmes across distributed teams and cultures.
  • •Strong understanding of adult learning, instructional design, blended learning, eLearning development, virtual delivery, and instructor-led facilitation.
  • •Ability to lead both digital learning production and consistent, high-quality live instruction.
  • •Demonstrated stakeholder management, communication, coaching, planning, prioritisation, presentation, and project management skills.
  • •Experience with learning management systems, authoring tools, assessments, reporting dashboards, training evaluation frameworks, and learning impact measurement.
