Job Summary

Drive project-based sales for residential and commercial construction chemicals across Central Thailand. Own the sales strategy and route-to-market approach, manage the project pipeline and forecasts, and convert opportunities into revenue. Lead and motivate a team of six sales executives while building strong relationships with developers, contractors, specialized applicators, and distributors. Secure product specifications early, support negotiation and closure, and monitor market and competitor activity to provide strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and drive business opportunities in residential and commercial projects within Central Thailand.
•Develop and execute sales strategies, including route-to-market approaches for target segments.
•Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 6 sales executives to achieve sales targets and company budgets.
•Manage the project pipeline, ensure forecast accuracy, and convert opportunities into sales.
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, specialized applicators, and project trade distributors. (Also includes driving cross-selling and securing specifications.)

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (Civil, Chemical, Materials preferred).
•8–10 years of experience in project sales within construction chemicals, building materials, or related industries.
•Minimum 3–5 years in a sales management or leadership role.
•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in project-based businesses.
•Ability to communicate in both Thai and English languages.
