Material Handler

Operate extrusion equipment to produce blown plastic packaging film according to production orders and specifications. Set up and adjust machinery controls for vacuum, air pressure, temperature, and sizing, and synchronize extrusion speed with pulling rolls. Inspect and measure finished film for defects and conformance, reel into rolls, and complete packaging and palletizing. Document production statistics and may perform tasks like cutting roll cores and staging resins/materials using lift equipment.
