Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end Salesforce delivery lifecycle, managing scope, timelines, risks, resourcing, and dependencies to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • •Lead Agile delivery using Scrum and SAFe, driving sprint execution, backlog prioritization, and delivery predictability with cross-functional teams.
  • •Develop integrated project plans and delivery roadmaps with transparent progress reporting, risk visibility, and dependency management.
  • •Manage enterprise AI architecture workstreams from a delivery standpoint, including project tracking milestones and downstream environment/data dependencies.
  • •Establish delivery governance and standards, track ROI/performance metrics (velocity, adoption), and manage budgets and forecasts to protect project margins.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of IT industry experience, including 4+ years delivering Salesforce projects.
  • •Experience managing Salesforce implementations, including Lifesciences/Health Cloud projects.
  • •Strong understanding of the Salesforce delivery lifecycle and ability to collaborate with Architects and Technical Leads.
  • •Project/Agile management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2, CSM, or PSM).
  • •Hands-on use of tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), MS Project, Smartsheet, or Google Workspace.
